By accessing, installing, or operating ZobClinic ("Platform", "App", "We"), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these formal Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these clauses, you must immediately terminate platform operations.

The platform is strictly a professional ecosystem intended for certified healthcare candidates (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians) and authorized medical institutions (Hospitals, Clinics). By generating an account using your Name, Email, and Mobile number, you affirm the absolute legitimacy of your credentials.

ZobClinic reserves the administrative right to verify professional registration numbers, medical degrees, and hospital brand authenticity. Any account deploying counterfeit metadata or forged licenses will face permanent, non-negotiable termination.

When providing explicit permissions to upload profile photos or hospital brand icons, users guarantee that they own the respective copyrights or possess lawful authorization. Uploading offensive, defamatory, or explicit medical media is strictly prohibited.

Hospitals posting free or premium job vacancy modules or emergency locum shifts are bound to provide accurate operational fields regarding pay structures, duty hours, and facility requirements. Fake or misleading openings will be instantly deleted.

Candidates acknowledge that by applying to an institution, their shared account pillars (Name, verified Contact Number, and Professional Email) are shared with the prospective employer to execute recruitment communication loops smoothly.

ZobClinic operates exclusively as an aggregator platform connecting talents with clinical institutions. We do not control, manage, or assume legal liability for direct hospital operations, workplace environments, salary disputes, or the professional conduct of matched candidates.

Users are barred from attempting reverse engineering modules on our iOS/Android application packages, deploying automation scripts/bots to scrap job listings, or causing unnecessary latency constraints on our encrypted server centers.

The core structural design, custom CSS frameworks, UI layouts, graphics, source codes, and the brand identity "ZobClinic" are the exclusive intellectual property of ZobClinic Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication is strictly actionable under regional laws.

While we target continuous system access, ZobClinic does not guarantee uninterrupted operational uptime. We reserve the absolute right to roll out system updates, modify interface elements, or restrict areas for maintenance protocols without prior notifications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings emerging from platform usage shall be strictly settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
