2. Information Collected from Candidates
To build a perfect, job-ready professional profile, we collect the following explicit details from Candidates:
- Full Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number.
- Physical/Communication Address.
- Professional Medical Council State and Registration Number (e.g., RMC - Registration Medical Council number).
3. Purpose of Verification Data (RMC & Council Details)
Collection of medical registration numbers (like RMC) is mandatory to eliminate fraud. This data is strictly used to verify the clinical credentials of the Candidate before allowing them to apply for healthcare operations, ensuring 100% platform security.
4. Hardware Permissions: Camera Access
We request explicit permission to access your device's Camera during user-initiated events:
For Candidates
To allow you to take a real-time photo for your professional profile picture.
For Hospitals
To allow hospital administrators to capture images for identity verification or hospital-related profile setups.
5. Hardware Permissions: Photos & Media Gallery Access
We request explicit permission to access your device's Photos/Gallery:
For Candidates
To upload an existing professional picture from your gallery for your job profile.
For Hospitals
To upload the official hospital logo or registration certificates to build trust on the platform.
6. Storage Permissions: Document File Access (Resume Upload)
We request explicit permission to access your device's Document Files/Storage. This is exclusively used by Candidates to select and upload their professional Resume/CV (PDF, Docx format) to make their profile job-ready. No other unrelated files are accessed, scanned, or tracked.
7. Google Play Metadata Policy Compliance
In strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Metadata Policy, we declare that our app explicitly asks for Camera, Photos, and Document permissions only when needed for user-initiated actions (Profile setup and Resume upload). We do not collect or process this data silently or in the background.
8. iOS Data Minimization & Transparency Compliance
Following Apple’s App Store privacy guidelines, we practice strict data minimization. We only request permissions directly tied to core app functionalities. Your data remains on your device until you choose to explicitly upload your profile picture, hospital logo, or resume.
9. Controlled Data Sharing (Hospital-Specific Only)
We believe in absolute data privacy. We do not sell or rent your data to any third-party marketing companies. Important: Your professional profile, contact details, and resume are shared ONLY with the specific verified Hospital or Clinic whose job opening you have explicitly applied for. Unrelated institutions cannot browse your private contact details.
10. Data Display for Hospitals
When a Candidate applies for a vacancy, the respective Hospital will receive access to the candidate’s email, phone number, address, Council State, RMC number, and uploaded resume to schedule interviews and verify employment eligibility parameters.
11. Data Protection and Security Layout
We employ advanced security protocols to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All transmission of sensitive information (such as registration numbers and contact details) happens over secure encrypted channels using secure HTTPS communication networks.
12. App Store Disclosure: Purpose-Driven Collection
As mandated by modern app ecosystems, the purpose of each piece of data collected is clearly displayed to the user via runtime system alerts before granting permission. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your smartphone device settings.
13. Data Retention Policy
We retain your professional data as long as your ZobClinic account is active to keep your profile job-ready. If you choose to delete your account, your personal details, photos, and resumes will be permanently purged from our active production databases.
14. Accountability of Verified Hospitals
Hospitals registered on ZobClinic are strictly bound by our operational terms to use candidate data solely for recruitment and hiring purposes. They are strictly prohibited from sharing candidate profiles with external entities or networks.
15. No Middleman Commission Structure
ZobClinic acts purely as a technical framework engine. We do not charge premium middlemen markups or recurring placement packages, ensuring that candidates and hospitals interact transparently without commercial hidden margins.
16. Locum and Emergency Shift Management
For rapid shift allocation and clinical operational agility, we may use your preferred address data to recommend immediate local shifts/locum jobs in your close geographical vicinity.
17. User Rights (Access, Correction, and Deletion)
Candidates and Hospitals have full control over their profiles. You can modify your email, phone number, council registration details, or replace your resume directly from the app dashboard UI layout at any point.
18. Children’s Privacy
ZobClinic is a professional medical recruitment engine meant exclusively for certified healthcare professionals and adult job seekers. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to match changing technical, framework, or legal requirements. Any updates will be pushed directly to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will be refreshed accordingly.
